Tile replacement is expensive, slow, and disruptive. Tearing out old tile means demolition, removal of the underlying substrate, waterproofing replacement, new tile installation, new grout, and several days of bathroom downtime, often longer if the contractor finds water damage behind the original tile.

Refinishing skips all of that. The existing tile stays in place. We clean and prep the surface, repair any chips or grout damage, and apply a multi-coat refinishing system that bonds to both the tile and the grout.
